How is it fastened? In fact, you only need to use a rubber band, first pass the rubber band under the second hole of the adjustment buckle, then through the third hole, and then clasp the two ends of the rubber band with your fingers and close them together. Pass through the bottom of the second hole, then through the rubber band. Then put it through the third hole, then go back through the rubber band, and finally insert it into the first hole and pull it tight, put the rubber band under the adjustment buckle, and that's it.
