Adjusting the back length: The unique quick adjustable back length function of the Dort backpack can quickly and freely adjust according to your own height and back length while ensuring the length of each person's shoulder straps.
Putting on the bag: After adjusting the back length, put on the bag so that the bottom of the bag is above the protruding part of the hip joint and buttocks (upright, the feet are lifted 90 degrees without affecting the movement to a suitable height.)

To adjust the waist wings: Move the belt to the waist position, then tighten the belt forward.
Tighten the shoulder straps: Tighten the hands diagonally backward at the same time (the position should be located on the shoulder blades, fit the shoulders, and leave a finger gap). The upper body bears 25% of the weight, and the main weight should be borne on the belt.
Chest strap adjustment straps: The chest strap adjustment straps are attached to the shoulder straps to increase stability during exercise. It is recommended to move the strap adjustment strap to about 2-3cm below the collarbone and adjust it to a comfortable width.
