1. Size
Different sizes mean different amounts of material. TPU coated webbing consists of TPU raw material and inner woven polyester webbing. Therefore, the price of thicker and wider TPU-coated webbing will be higher than that of thinner or narrower TPU-coated webbing.

2. Materials
On the one hand, tight webbing will have a higher price. On the other hand, TPU raw materials also have their own quality levels. For example, Taiwan TPU material is better than domestic TPU material; German TPU material has better anti-yellowing performance than Taiwan material. Of course, better TPUs cost more.
3. Special requirements
Our common TPU coated webbing includes two types. One is clear TPU coated white webbing while the other is solid TPU coated white webbing. After production, we must use clean TPU material to remove the residual colored substances in the machine. In addition, if the customer requires higher peel strength, the process cost will also be high.
