1. Arrange the polyester webbing for spare use. The webbing must be ironed at high temperature to ensure the dimensional stability of the webbing during processing. The webbing must be placed in the same order to avoid twisting and knotting when conveying the webbing.
2. The TPU raw material is dried to remove the moisture in the TPU raw material. TPU raw materials are very easy to absorb moisture. If the drying is not sufficient, TPU will produce bubbles during the production process. After extrusion and stretching, it will become thin lines. Such lines affect the surface effect of the TPU coated webbing. Therefore, TPU raw materials should be fully dried before production.

3. Forming of cooling water tank. The better the cooling effect of the circulating cooling water, the better the effect of the product surface. The surface of the product with poor cooling will appear watermarks or water spots, and scratches or melt lines will occur when the product is not completely cooled.
4. Pay attention to the speed of the main engine extrusion and webbing traction. When the TPU raw material is extruded and coated, it needs to be consistent with the pulling speed of the webbing. When the speed of the main engine, the pulling machine and the temperature are consistent, the product can achieve the best surface effect. If the traction is too fast or too slow, the temperature is too low, and the cooling is not enough, etc., it will cause the instability of the quality of the TPU-coated webbing.
