1. Plain weave
The plain weave has a smooth texture, and often adopts a low-density and low-weave method, with almost no obvious twill texture. The specific weaving method is: take the warp yarn and weft yarn, and interweave them according to the rule of one up and down. From the perspective of the warp or weft direction, they are one up and down, and the warp and weft are staggered every other yarn. The characteristic is that there are many interlacing points and many buckling points of the yarn.
The plain weave method is firm and reliable in texture, good in abrasion resistance, and has a flat surface. Visually, the front and back sides have the same effect, but the disadvantage is that the elasticity is not large, the gloss is average, and the density is not high.

2. Twill weave
The twill weaving method adopts the method of high density and high weaving. The specific weaving method is to look at one yarn in the warp or weft direction, and only take two up and down, two up and two down or three up and one down, one up and three down. The method below has higher density than plain weave, high firmness and strong three-dimensional effect. Among them, the single-sided twill weave has clear and obvious front lines, while the reverse side is blurred. The front and back lines of double-sided twill are basically the same, but the diagonal direction is in the opposite direction.
The disadvantage of the twill weaving method is that the fabric float is longer, and under the conditions of the same thickness and density of the warp and weft yarns, the abrasion resistance and fastness are worse than those of plain weave fabrics.
3. Satin weave
The satin weaving method adopts the method of interweaving the warp and weft yarns at least every 3 times, which is higher in density and thicker. This kind of weaving method has a higher cost, but the fabric is soft in texture, smooth and delicate on the belt surface, and strong in luster.
