The variable webbing has good wear resistance, soft hand feel, and can also be treated with corresponding flame retardant. The variable webbing can also be jacquard, the same effect as the ordinary nylon jacquard webbing.

So how to distinguish whether the variable webbing is good or bad?

Contamination: Check with the naked eye for stains, stains, oil stains and other swag.
Color difference inspection: This can be observed with the naked eye. Look at its color and texture, and it should not be messy. It should be a very pure color.

 Burr: usually the burr of some yarns, which can also be observed with the naked eye. There should be no serious hair balls and filaments on both sides of the webbing and the overlock.

 Skipping stitches: This can also be observed with the naked eye, and the webbing cannot have skipping stitches.

 The quality of the webbing is definitely related to the specification of the webbing, and the standard specification is the best reflection of the quality of the webbing.

 Thickness detection: measure with a vernier caliper accurate to 0.001, and the tolerance cannot exceed plus or minus 0.1mm.

 Width detection: Use calipers to measure webbing with a width of 1 inch and above, and the tolerance cannot exceed plus or minus 0.25 points; for webbing widths of 1 inch and below, the standard tolerance cannot exceed plus or minus 0.25mm. Note: Plain weave and herringbone belts must be of sufficient size and cannot exceed 0.25 points.
