1. The surface layer of the buttonhole webbing should be leveled, without broken edge glue, weft leakage, lotus leaf sleeves, broken edges, oily dirt, poor edges, no obvious oil threads, broken warp, broken glue, jumping flowers, loose files, deformation and other safety hazards, the appearance should be consistent with the sealed sample.
2. The color of the buttonhole webbing should be based on the color matching table and the color code card, compared with the color code card. The color cast should be identified according to GB250, and should not be less than 3-4 grades. The color cast in the middle of each roll of the same batch of buttonhole webbing should not be less than 3-4 grades.

Appearance regulations:
1. Inspection standard: The appearance inspection of the jacquard elastic belt should be inspected by the northern light in the room (the sun cannot illuminate the product). If the light source is not enough, all normal fluorescent tubes can be used to fill the light intensity.
2. The appearance of the elastic band should be in compliance with the regulations when detected by the viewing method.
3. The color of the elastic band should be checked by the viewing method and the five-level nine-speed gray card.
