Color cast detection: This can be observed with the naked eye. Look at the color and texture of the tape and the needle edge. It should not be messy and should be a very pure color.

Burrs: usually some cotton yarn burrs, which can also be observed with the naked eye. There should be no serious wool balls and wool threads on both sides of the webbing and overlock seams.
Needle loss: This can also be observed with the naked eye, and the jacquard elastic belt must not have needle loss;
The quality of the webbing is undoubtedly related to the specification and model of the webbing. The specification and model of the webbing is the best reflection of the quality of the webbing.
Thickness inspection: Accurately measure with a micrometer accurate to 0.001, and the dimensional tolerance cannot exceed 0.0 mm for the positive and negative electrodes.
Overall width inspection: Use a vernier caliper to accurately measure the overall width of the jacquard tape of 1 inch and above, and the dimensional tolerance should not exceed 0.25 points of the positive and negative poles; the total width of the webbing under 1 inch and below 1 inch, the standard tolerance should not exceed plus or minus 0.25 mm.
